Start to Finish: Shoulders/Neck/Back

Continuing with our beginner, medium, complex exercises to attack the same muscle groups… we now move on to shoulders, neck and back- which is going to include an olympic lift.

Shoulders

Beginner: Standing Shoulder Press

Medium: Trap Shop

Complex: Combat rope circuit (3-part circuit)

Hang Cleans

Beginner: Plate Cleans

Medium: Sand Bag Cleans

Complex: Olympic Bar Hang Cleans

Medicine Ball Circuit

Beginner: Chest and Over head pass- 2 feet on ground

Medium: Chest and Over head pass- 1 foot

Complex: Chest and Over head pass- 1 foot Reebok board
