I build this day around the hang clean. We dead lift the weight up, jump shrug then high pull it to a front squat to make a nice form safe hang clean. That’s why we practice DL, JS, HP, and FS while working on our hang clean on this day. Then a little TV time before our cool down with curl/shrug.
Dynamic Stretch: high knees, short cycle, carioca.
