Dynamic Stretch: Jog in place, short cycle, carioca, squats

Overhead Squat (Barbell) 3×10

RDL/Shrug 3x10x2

Snatch (Barbell) 3×6

Push Press (Barbell) 3×8

Thrusters (DB) 3×10

Front Squat and Plate Raise (22lbs plate)

Curls (Barbell) 3×10

Bench Press 3×8

Cool Down: Jog in place, static stretch
