Strength: Unilateral Workout Vol 3

You can’t just lift on both feet (and definitely not from your seat). You have to isolate an arm or leg and condition your body to working that way. Sports are played on one leg or using one arm. Includes a warm up, workout, and cool down.

Warm-up: Carioca, high kicks, air squats, side planks

One leg dead lifts (DB or KB)

Split or one leg squats (body weight)

Lateral Lunges (body wt, DB, or KB)

1-arm DB snatch

1-arm kneeling shoulder press

Ironman Press (Alt. Hanging Inlc. DB Press)

Curl/Shoulder raise (Res Band)

Alt Flies (Res Band)

Trap Shop (KB or DB)

1-arm Alt&Hammer Curls (DB)

Cool Down: jog 10 min, static stretch
