Justin and Sean are reunited to cover week 8 and preview week 9. They cover Ohio State’s loss to Purdue, Mike Leach’s 4th straight victory over the Oregon Ducks, LSU edging out Mississippi State and other happenings from around college football plus some Air Raid scheme conversation. Then the guys preview week 9 with USF at Houston, the Florida-Georgia game, and other big contests.

Justin flies solo but takes a 180 this week and breaks down Miami at Virginia from the eyes of a coach. Justin also looks into in-game decision making, the personnel decisions that make Mario Cristobal a winner at Oregon, and games to watch in week 8. This is VERY DIFFERENT for the usual Coachspeak mid-season conversation.

The AAC has looked like a Power 6, tOSU Buckeyes didn’t miss Urban Meyer at all, and Malik Rosier scored 5 touchdowns to shut Justin up for a little (read: 5 seconds).

Justin and Sean discuss what happened in week 2 of college football while previewing week 2 of the upcoming slate. The stars aligned for Oklahoma and Kyler Murray as the $5 million man has dominated college football over two weeks. Navy upset Memphis breaking the S&P+ analytics system, Stanford swallowed up USC and African American head coaches were big winners in week 2.
